I partnered with Specialized Bicycle and Organic to lead the design of an in-store iPad kiosk and a redesigned ecommerce experience. I led design direction and contributed hands-on across UX, interaction design, UI, and visual design, creating connected touchpoints that link in-store exploration with online purchasing. The work focused on simplifying product discovery and improving the customer journey, resulting in a more seamless experience across retail and digital channels while reinforcing Specialized’s premium brand.
