I partnered with Audible to help build and scale its internal UX design practice. Working closely with leadership, I helped hire and mentor a team of six product designers to deliver customer experiences across the Amazon and Audible mobile ecosystem. I led design efforts on a redesigned mobile storefront and iOS app, improving product discovery and onboarding. The mobile store redesign drove a 20% increase in new memberships and a 12% lift in revenue, while the iOS app redesign resulted in a 38% increase in downloads and a 50% increase in activation. Audible serves roughly 300 million monthly active users and maintains a 4.9 rating on the Apple App Store.
